Pu’erh is a tea from the camellia sinensis plant just like Green tea or an Oolong that contains numerous health benefits and supports digestion. What makes Pu’erh special is the way it is processed and fermented.

In this class join Heidi as she introduces you to Pu’erh through the contemplative and meditative practice of Gong Fu ceremony and introduces you to its many health benefits.

This is also a tasting class where you’ll be able to compare different forms of Pu’erh and take home what you learn. Heidi will guide you through the differences and what you can expect from Pu’erh. This is a small class of 6 so that you can really get the true experience. No experience needed, just a healthy curiosity. You'll have the opportunity to buy some Pu'erh to take home if you enjoy what you try.
