We are now offering personal herbal consultations with one of our herbalists on staff, Heidi Hayes. An herbal consult might be beneficial if you have a health concern or a curiosity to see how herbs can support you.
About Heidi Hayes, R.N., Herbalist
As an herbalist, I believe that partnering with medicinal plants fosters improved well-being and enriches healing. Daily regimens and practices also strongly influence our health journey. As a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience, I understand that we are more than just the sum of our parts and symptoms. Trained as a Vitalist, I believe in taking a holistic, whole-person approach.
I enjoy exploring root causes of dis-ease and removing obstacles to health so that recovery and improved well-being are possible. Reconnecting with the land, promoting innate self-healing and working with natural forces allow us to unlock and tap into deeper and enduring health. As we are all unique, I create individualized protocols to respect where one is within their health journey and honor specific goals."

What you can expect:
We do our best to be accessible and to connect with everyone who walks into the shop. Heidi will attentively listen to your concerns and address any areas that may need support. If you have a concern about pricing please do not let that stop you from accessing herbal support. Feel free to email us and start a conversation. At the moment Heidi is taking clients on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10-4, but may be able to accommodate other times.
